Soleus Raise
- 1 - Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent to emphasize the soleus muscle.
- 2 - Keep your torso tall, brace your core, and place your hands on a stable surface for balance if needed.
- 3 - Maintaining the knee bend, press through the balls of your feet and lift your heels as high as possible.
- 4 - Pause briefly at the top while squeezing your calves.
- 5 - Lower your heels back down in a slow, controlled motion until you feel a stretch in the lower calves.
- 6 - Keep your knees bent throughout the entire movement and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
