Long Arc Quad
- 1 - Sit upright on a chair or bench with your knees bent to about 90 degrees and your feet flat on the floor.
- 2 - Keep your chest tall, core lightly braced, and hands resting on the chair or thighs for support.
- 3 - Slowly straighten one knee by lifting your foot forward until your leg is nearly fully extended.
- 4 - Pause briefly at the top and squeeze the front of your thigh without locking the knee aggressively.
- 5 - Lower your foot back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
