Leg Extension
1 - Sit on the leg extension machine with your back flat against the pad and your knees aligned with the machine's pivot point.
2 - Adjust the shin pad so it rests just above your feet on your lower shins.
3 - Grip the handles on the sides of the machine for stability.
4 - Exhale and extend your legs upward in a controlled motion until they are fully straightened, squeezing your quads at the top.
5 - Pause briefly at the top of the movement, holding the contraction for 1-2 seconds.
6 - Inhale and slowly lower the weight back to the starting position in a controlled manner, avoiding letting the weights crash down.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
