Band Pull-Apart Overhand Grip
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a resistance band with both hands using an overhand grip, palms facing down.
- 2 - Extend your arms straight in front of your chest at shoulder height with slight tension in the band.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and maintain a neutral neck and spine.
- 4 - Pull the band apart by moving your hands outward to the sides while keeping your arms mostly straight.
- 5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together as the band approaches your chest, avoiding shrugging your shoulders.
- 6 - Slowly return to the starting position with control, maintaining tension in the band.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
