Cable Rear Delt Fly Single-Arm
- 1 - Set a cable pulley to about shoulder height and attach a single handle.
- 2 - Stand sideways to the machine and hold the handle with the hand farthest from the pulley, arm extended across your body.
- 3 - Maintain a tall posture with a slight bend in your knees, brace your core, and keep a soft bend in the working elbow.
- 4 - Pull the handle outward and slightly backward in a wide arc until your arm is in line with your shoulder.
- 5 - Pause briefly and squeeze the rear shoulder and upper back muscles without shrugging.
- 6 - Slowly return the handle to the starting position under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
