Scapular Depression
1 - Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, arms fully extended, and feet off the floor or lightly assisted as needed.
2 - Keep your elbows straight and brace your core to prevent swinging.
3 - Start with your shoulders relaxed and slightly elevated toward your ears.
4 - Pull your shoulder blades down and slightly back, as if trying to move your shoulders away from your ears.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom position while keeping your arms straight and neck relaxed.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position with control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
