Band Pull-Apart Diagonal
1 - Stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart and hold a resistance band with both hands.
2 - Position your hands in a diagonal line in front of your body, with one hand slightly above shoulder height and the other near the opposite side of your torso.
3 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and maintain a neutral neck with your shoulders relaxed.
4 - Pull the band apart along the diagonal by moving the top hand upward and outward while moving the lower hand downward and outward.
5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together and keep your arms mostly straight without shrugging.
6 - Return to the starting position slowly with control, maintaining tension in the band.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch the diagonal direction.
