Foam Roll Foot
1 - Sit on the floor or a chair and place a foam roller or roll ball under one foot.
2 - Apply moderate downward pressure through your foot onto the foam roller.
3 - Slowly roll the foam roller from the heel toward the ball of the foot in a controlled motion.
4 - Pause and hold on any tender or tight spots for 20-30 seconds to allow the tissue to release.
5 - Continue rolling back and forth along the entire length of the foot for 60-90 seconds.
6 - Pay special attention to the arch of the foot, applying extra pressure if needed.
7 - Switch to the other foot and repeat the process.
