Banded No Money Drill
1 - Hold a light resistance band with both hands, palms facing up, and stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart.
2 - Bend your elbows to about 90 degrees and keep them tucked close to your sides throughout the movement.
3 - Set your shoulders down and back, keeping your chest lifted and your neck relaxed.
4 - Keeping your elbows fixed against your torso, rotate your hands outward by pulling the band apart.
5 - Pause briefly at the end range while squeezing your shoulder blades together and maintaining control.
6 - Slowly return your hands to the starting position without letting the band snap back.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions with smooth, controlled movement.
