Dumbbell Incline T-Raise
- 1 - Set an incline bench to a low-to-moderate angle and lie face down with your chest supported, feet planted firmly on the floor.
- 2 - Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms hanging straight down beneath your shoulders and palms facing each other or slightly inward.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your neck neutral, and pull your shoulder blades slightly down and back.
- 4 - With a slight bend in your elbows, raise both arms out to the sides until they form a T-shape with your torso.
- 5 - Pause briefly at shoulder height while squeezing your rear shoulders and upper back.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells slowly and under control back to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without shrugging your shoulders or using momentum.
