Cable Rope High Pull
- 1 - Attach a rope handle to a low cable pulley and stand facing the machine with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Hold one end of the rope in each hand with your arms extended downward and the cable under light tension.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
- 4 - Pull the rope upward toward your upper chest or lower face by driving your elbows high and out to the sides.
- 5 - At the top, squeeze your upper back and shoulders while keeping your wrists controlled and elbows above your hands.
- 6 - Lower the rope back to the starting position in a slow, controlled motion.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without using momentum or leaning back excessively.
