Dumbbell Incline W-Raise
- 1 - Set an incline bench to about 30–45 degrees and lie face down with your chest supported, holding a light dumbbell in each hand.
- 2 - Let your arms hang straight down toward the floor with your palms facing each other and keep your neck neutral.
- 3 - Pull your shoulder blades slightly back and down, then bend your elbows to roughly 90 degrees as you raise your upper arms out to the sides.
- 4 - Continue lifting until your arms form a “W” shape, keeping your elbows bent and your wrists aligned with your forearms.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while squeezing your upper back and rear shoulders without shrugging excessively.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells slowly back to the starting position under control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
