Steam Room
1 - Enter the steam room and find a comfortable place to sit or lie down on the bench.
2 - Begin with a session of 5 to 10 minutes if you are new to steam rooms, gradually increasing to 15 to 20 minutes as your body adapts.
3 - Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose, allowing the warm moist air to open your airways and promote relaxation.
4 - Keep your body relaxed and focus on releasing muscle tension, especially in tight or sore areas.
5 - Stay hydrated by drinking water before and after your session, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable.
6 - After your session, cool down gradually by stepping into a cooler environment or taking a lukewarm shower.
