Machine Rotary Calf
- 1 - Adjust the machine so the balls of your feet are securely on the foot platform and your knees are comfortably positioned under the pads or lever.
- 2 - Sit upright with your back supported, grip the handles, and keep your heels hanging slightly off the edge of the platform if the machine allows.
- 3 - Release the safety stop if applicable and start with your ankles flexed, allowing your heels to lower under control for a calf stretch.
- 4 - Press through the balls of your feet and raise your heels as high as possible by contracting your calves.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your knees and hips stable.
- 6 - Lower your heels slowly back to the starting position without bouncing.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
