Band Lat Pulldown
1 - Anchor a resistance band securely overhead, such as to a pull-up bar or high attachment point.
2 - Kneel or sit facing the anchor point and hold the band with both hands using an overhand grip.
3 - Start with your arms extended overhead, torso upright, and core braced.
4 - Pull your elbows down and back toward your ribs, squeezing your shoulder blades and lats as the band lowers.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom with your hands near shoulder or upper-chest level.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position with control, allowing your arms to extend fully without shrugging your shoulders.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
