Band Row
- 1 - Anchor a resistance band securely at about chest height, or loop it around a stable object.
- 2 - Stand facing the anchor point and hold one end of the band in each hand with your palms facing each other.
- 3 - Step back until there is light tension in the band, then stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart and your core braced.
- 4 - Pull your elbows straight back alongside your body, squeezing your shoulder blades together as the band moves toward your torso.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the end of the row while keeping your shoulders down and away from your ears.
- 6 - Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position under control, maintaining band tension.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
