Arch Body Hold
- 1 - Lie face down on the floor with your legs straight and arms extended overhead, keeping your body long from fingertips to toes.
- 2 - Engage your glutes, lower back, and upper back, then lift your chest, arms, and legs off the ground at the same time.
- 3 - Keep your arms straight, biceps near your ears, and legs together with toes pointed.
- 4 - Maintain a slight upward gaze or neutral neck position without excessively craning your head.
- 5 - Hold the arched position while breathing steadily and keeping tension through the posterior chain.
- 6 - Lower your arms, chest, and legs back to the floor with control when the hold is complete.
