Hang Power Clean
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell with a shoulder-width overhand grip in front of your thighs.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and hinge at the hips to lower the bar to just above the knees while keeping it close to your body.
3 - Explosively extend your hips, knees, and ankles while shrugging your shoulders and pulling the bar upward close to your torso.
4 - As the bar rises, quickly pull yourself under it and rotate your elbows forward.
5 - Catch the bar on the front of your shoulders in a quarter-squat position with your elbows high and chest lifted.
6 - Stand fully upright to complete the repetition.
7 - Lower the bar back to the hang position under control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
