Sandbag Clean
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and the sandbag on the floor between or just in front of your feet.
2 - Hinge at your hips and bend your knees to grip the sandbag securely, keeping your back flat, chest up, and core braced.
3 - Drive through your feet and extend your hips and knees to lift the sandbag from the floor, keeping it close to your body.
4 - As the sandbag passes your thighs, explosively extend your hips and pull the bag upward toward your torso.
5 - Quickly rotate your arms around the sandbag and catch it high on your chest or shoulders in a strong front-loaded position.
6 - Stand tall with your hips and knees fully extended, then lower the sandbag back to the floor under control.
7 - Reset your posture and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
