Bent-Knee Calf Raise
- 1 - Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes pointing forward.
- 2 - Slightly bend your knees and keep them bent throughout the movement to emphasize the soleus muscle of the calves.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your torso tall while maintaining balance.
- 4 - Press through the balls of your feet and lift your heels as high as possible in a controlled motion.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower your heels back to the ground.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping your knees bent and movement controlled.
