- 2 - Add 2 cups (approximately 500g) of Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) to the running water and stir to help it dissolve completely.
- 3 - Optionally add a few drops of essential oils such as lavender for enhanced relaxation.
- 4 - Slowly submerge your body into the bath, ensuring the targeted muscle groups are fully immersed.
- 5 - Relax in the bath for 15–20 minutes, focusing on deep, steady breathing to promote full-body relaxation.
- 6 - Gently massage any sore or tight muscle areas while soaking to aid in further relief.
- 7 - Carefully exit the bath, pat dry with a towel, and rest or follow with light stretching for maximum recovery benefit.
