Massage Stick
1 - Select an appropriate massage stick and find a comfortable seated or standing position.
2 - Identify the target muscle group you wish to work on (e.g., quads, calves, hamstrings, or upper back).
3 - Place the massage stick against the target muscle and apply moderate downward pressure using both hands at each end of the stick.
4 - Slowly roll the stick up and down along the length of the muscle in a controlled, steady motion.
5 - Pause and apply extra pressure on any areas of tightness or discomfort, holding for 5-10 seconds to release tension.
6 - Continue rolling for 30-60 seconds per muscle group, adjusting pressure as needed for comfort and effectiveness.
7 - Move to the next target muscle group and repeat the process until all desired areas have been treated.
