TRX Hip Press
1 - Adjust the TRX straps so the foot cradles hang about 6–12 inches above the floor.
2 - Lie on your back facing the anchor point and place your heels securely in the foot cradles with your knees bent.
3 - Keep your arms flat on the floor for support, brace your core, and maintain a neutral spine.
4 - Drive through your heels and squeeze your glutes to lift your hips off the floor until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping the straps stable and avoiding excessive arching in your lower back.
6 - Lower your hips back toward the floor in a controlled motion.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
