Hamstring Slider Curl
1 - Lie on your back with your knees bent, heels placed on sliders, towels, or a smooth sliding surface, and arms resting by your sides.
2 - Brace your core and press through your heels to lift your hips into a glute bridge position.
3 - Keeping your hips elevated, slowly slide your heels away from your body until your legs are nearly straight.
4 - Pull your heels back toward your glutes by contracting your hamstrings, keeping your hips lifted throughout the movement.
5 - Maintain control and avoid letting your lower back arch or hips drop.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
