Cable Upright Row Rope
- 1 - Attach a rope handle to a low pulley cable and stand facing the machine with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Grip the rope with both hands using a neutral grip, arms extended down in front of your thighs.
- 3 - Stand tall with your chest up, core braced, and shoulders relaxed away from your ears.
- 4 - Pull the rope upward along the front of your body by driving your elbows up and out to the sides.
- 5 - Continue lifting until your elbows reach about shoulder height, keeping the rope close to your torso and wrists neutral.
- 6 - Pause briefly at the top, then lower the rope under control back to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without swinging or leaning back.
