V-Up
- 1 - Lie flat on your back on a mat with your legs straight and your arms extended overhead, keeping your body in a straight line.
- 2 - Engage your core and simultaneously lift your legs and upper body off the ground, reaching your hands toward your feet.
- 3 - At the top of the movement, your body should form a 'V' shape, with your hips as the only contact point with the ground.
- 4 - Hold the contracted position briefly, ensuring your core remains tight and your back is rounded slightly to protect your spine.
- 5 - Slowly lower your arms and legs back to the starting position in a controlled manner, keeping tension in your core throughout.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, avoiding momentum and maintaining full control of the movement.
