Infra-Red Sauna
1 - Enter the infrared sauna and sit or lie down comfortably on the bench.
2 - Set the temperature to a comfortable level, typically between 45–65°C (113–149°F) for infrared saunas.
3 - Relax your body fully, allowing the infrared heat to penetrate deep into your muscles and tissues.
4 - Breathe slowly and deeply to promote relaxation and enhance circulation throughout the session.
5 - Stay hydrated by sipping water as needed during the session.
6 - Remain in the sauna for the desired duration, typically 15–45 minutes depending on tolerance and goal.
7 - Upon exiting, cool down gradually, rehydrate thoroughly, and rest to allow your body to recover.
