Ring False Grip Hold
1 - Set the rings at approximately chest height and stand facing them.
2 - Establish a false grip by placing your wrists over the top of the rings so the ring sits at the base of your palm, not in your fingers — your wrists should be flexed and resting on the inside of the rings.
3 - Grip the rings firmly, wrapping your fingers around them with your wrists bent over the top edge.
4 - Jump or step up and support your bodyweight by extending your arms fully, holding yourself in a support position with a straight body.
5 - Maintain the false grip throughout the hold, keeping your wrists pressed firmly against the rings and your knuckles pointing downward.
6 - Engage your core, keep your body rigid, and hold the position for the desired duration.
7 - Step or lower down in a controlled manner and rest before repeating.
