Band Pull-Apart Underhand Grip
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a resistance band with both hands using an underhand grip, palms facing up.
- 2 - Extend your arms straight in front of your chest at shoulder height, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your shoulders down and away from your ears.
- 4 - Pull the band apart by moving your hands outward to the sides while squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- 5 - Pause briefly when the band reaches your chest or upper torso, maintaining control and keeping your wrists neutral.
- 6 - Slowly return to the starting position without letting the band snap back.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
