Cable Front Raise
- 1 - Stand facing away from a low cable pulley machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Attach a straight bar or single handle to the low pulley and grasp it with an overhand grip (palms facing down).
- 3 - Keep your arms nearly straight with a slight bend at the elbows, and let the cable hang in front of your thighs.
- 4 - Brace your core and keep your torso upright and stationary throughout the movement.
- 5 - Raise your arms straight out in front of you in a controlled motion until they reach shoulder height (parallel to the floor).
- 6 - Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your front deltoids.
- 7 - Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
