Ring Hamstring Curl
1 - Lie on your back with the rings set low and place your heels through the rings or on the bottom of the rings, legs extended.
2 - Position your arms on the floor slightly away from your body for balance and keep your hips lifted so your body forms a straight line from shoulders to heels.
3 - Brace your core and squeeze your glutes to maintain a stable bridge position.
4 - Bend your knees and pull your heels toward your hips, curling the rings in while keeping your hips elevated.
5 - Pause briefly at the top, keeping tension through your hamstrings and glutes.
6 - Slowly extend your legs back to the starting position without letting your hips drop.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions with controlled movement throughout.
