TRX Hamstring Curl
1 - Adjust the TRX straps so the foot cradles hang about mid-calf height from the floor.
2 - Lie on your back facing the anchor point and place your heels securely in the foot cradles.
3 - Extend your legs straight, keep your arms on the floor for support, and brace your core.
4 - Lift your hips off the floor until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to heels.
5 - Pull your heels toward your glutes by bending your knees while keeping your hips elevated.
6 - Slowly extend your legs back to the starting position without letting your hips drop.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions with controlled movement.
