Dumbbell Incline Bench Row
- 1 - Set an incline bench to approximately 30-45 degrees and lie face down with your chest against the pad, feet flat on the floor for stability.
- 2 - Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing each other), arms hanging straight down toward the floor.
- 3 - Retract your shoulder blades and engage your core to stabilize your torso against the bench.
- 4 - Pull both dumbbells up simultaneously by driving your elbows back and up toward the ceiling, keeping them close to your sides.
- 5 - Squeeze your upper back and lats at the top of the movement, holding briefly for peak contraction.
- 6 - Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a controlled manner, fully extending your arms.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
