Barbell Bench Row With Underhand Grip
- 1 - Set an incline bench to approximately 45 degrees and place a barbell on the floor beneath it.
- 2 - Lie chest-down on the incline bench with your feet flat on the floor for stability.
- 3 - Reach down and grip the barbell with a supinated (underhand) grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- 4 - Brace your core and retract your shoulder blades, then row the barbell upward toward your lower chest by driving your elbows back.
- 5 - Squeeze your back muscles at the top of the movement, holding briefly for maximum contraction.
- 6 - Slowly lower the barbell back down in a controlled manner until your arms are fully extended.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a stable chest position on the bench throughout.
