Dumbbell Chest-Supported Row
- 1 - Set an adjustable bench to a low incline, then lie face down with your chest supported and your feet firmly planted on the floor.
- 2 - Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms hanging straight down and palms facing each other.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your head and neck neutral while maintaining contact with the bench.
- 4 - Pull the dumbbells up toward your lower ribs by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top without shrugging your shoulders, then lower the dumbbells under control until your arms are fully extended.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping your chest supported throughout the movement.
