Stone-Over-Bar
1 - Stand facing the stone with your feet about shoulder-width apart and the bar positioned in front of you at the required height.
2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees, keeping your back braced and chest over the stone as you wrap your arms around it.
3 - Pull the stone tightly into your body and lap it by driving through your legs, bringing it onto your thighs while maintaining a strong core.
4 - Re-grip higher around the stone, squeeze it firmly against your torso, and stand up explosively by extending your hips and knees.
5 - As you reach full extension, drive your hips forward and roll or pop the stone upward toward the bar.
6 - Push the stone over the bar using your chest, arms, and upper body momentum, ensuring it clears safely before releasing.
7 - Reset your stance and repeat for the desired number of repetitions or time.
