Sandbag Load To Platform
1 - Stand with the sandbag on the floor between or just in front of your feet, with the loading platform positioned in front of you.
2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees, keeping your back neutral and chest up as you grip the sandbag securely.
3 - Brace your core, drive through your legs, and lift the sandbag from the floor to your lap or upper thighs.
4 - Re-grip the sandbag higher around its body, keeping it tight against your torso.
5 - Extend your hips and knees explosively while pulling the sandbag upward toward the platform.
6 - Guide the sandbag onto the platform by leaning it forward and pushing it securely into place.
7 - Step back carefully, reset your stance, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
