Slam Ball Bear Hug Squat
- 1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and place a slam ball upright on the floor in front of you.
- 2 - Squat down, wrap both arms around the ball in a bear hug position, and pull it tightly against your chest.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, and set your shoulders down and back.
- 4 - Lower into a squat by bending your knees and hips, keeping the ball close to your torso and your heels planted.
- 5 - Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor, or as low as your mobility allows while maintaining a neutral spine.
- 6 - Drive through your feet to stand back up, fully extending your hips and knees at the top.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping the ball secure and your torso upright.
