Standing Calf Stretch
1 - Stand facing a wall or sturdy support with your feet hip-width apart.
2 - Place both hands on the wall at about chest height for balance.
3 - Step one foot back and keep that leg straight with the heel pressed firmly into the floor.
4 - Bend the front knee slightly and shift your hips forward while keeping the back foot pointing straight ahead.
5 - Hold the stretch in the calf of the back leg without bouncing or forcing the movement.
6 - Maintain steady breathing, then switch legs and repeat for the desired duration.
