Forearm Wall Slide
1 - Stand facing a wall with your feet hip-width apart and your forearms placed vertically against the wall at shoulder width.
2 - Keep your elbows bent about 90 degrees, ribs down, and core lightly braced to avoid arching your lower back.
3 - Gently press your forearms into the wall while keeping your neck relaxed and shoulders away from your ears.
4 - Slide your forearms upward along the wall as far as you can while maintaining contact with the wall and control through your shoulder blades.
5 - Pause briefly at the top, then slowly slide your forearms back down to the starting position.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions with smooth, controlled movement.
