Kettlebell B-Stance Romanian Deadlift
1 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart holding a kettlebell in one or both hands in front of your thighs.
2 - Step one foot slightly back so the toes are in line with the heel of the front foot; keep most of your weight on the front leg and use the back foot only for balance.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, shoulders pulled back, and maintain a neutral spine.
4 - Hinge at your hips by pushing them backward while keeping a slight bend in the front knee and lowering the kettlebell along the front leg.
5 - Lower until you feel a strong stretch in the front hamstring without rounding your back.
6 - Drive through the front heel, squeeze your glutes, and extend your hips to return to standing.
7 - Complete the desired repetitions, then switch sides and repeat.
