Double Kettlebell Swing
- 1 - Place two kettlebells on the floor in front of you, set about shoulder-width apart, and stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width.
- 2 - Hinge at your hips with a neutral spine, grip one kettlebell in each hand, and pull your shoulders down and back.
- 3 - Hike the kettlebells back between your legs while keeping your arms straight and your core braced.
- 4 - Drive your hips forward explosively, squeezing your glutes to swing the kettlebells up to about chest height.
- 5 - Keep your arms relaxed and let the power come from your hips, not from lifting with your shoulders.
- 6 - Allow the kettlebells to swing back down naturally, hinging at the hips as they pass between your legs.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a strong spine and controlled rhythm.
