Crab Walk
- 1 - Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet flat on the ground, and hands placed behind your hips with fingers pointing forward.
- 2 - Press through your hands and feet to lift your hips off the ground, forming a tabletop position with your body.
- 3 - Engage your core and glutes to keep your hips elevated throughout the movement.
- 4 - Begin moving forward by simultaneously stepping your right hand and left foot forward, then your left hand and right foot forward.
- 5 - Continue walking in this crab position for the desired distance or duration, maintaining hip height and a neutral spine.
- 6 - To increase difficulty, reverse the movement and walk backwards or laterally.
- 7 - Complete the desired number of reps, sets, or duration while keeping the core braced and hips off the floor.
