1 - Start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
2 - Keep your spine neutral, your neck relaxed, and your gaze toward the floor.
3 - Slowly round your upper back toward the ceiling, tuck your pelvis under, and gently draw your chin toward your chest.
4 - Pause briefly, then reverse the movement by lowering your belly toward the floor, lifting your chest, and slightly looking forward.
5 - Move smoothly between the rounded and arched positions without forcing the range of motion.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or duration while breathing steadily.
