Cable Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift
- 1 - Attach a handle to a low cable pulley and stand facing the machine, holding the handle in one hand.
- 2 - Shift your weight onto the working leg with a slight bend in the knee, keeping your chest tall and core braced.
- 3 - Hinge at the hips as you let the cable guide your hand forward and down while your opposite leg extends straight behind you for balance.
- 4 - Lower until you feel a stretch through the hamstring of the standing leg, keeping your back flat and hips square.
- 5 - Drive through the heel of the standing foot and squeeze your glute to return to the upright position.
- 6 - Maintain control of the cable throughout the movement and avoid rotating your torso.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
