Supine Figure Four Stretch
1 - Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
2 - Cross one ankle over the opposite thigh, forming a figure-four shape with your legs.
3 - Keep your head, shoulders, and lower back relaxed against the floor.
4 - Reach behind the uncrossed thigh and gently pull that leg toward your chest until you feel a stretch in the glute and outer hip of the crossed leg.
5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly and keeping the crossed foot flexed to help protect the knee.
6 - Release slowly, switch sides, and repeat for the desired duration.
