Walking Figure Four Pull
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Lift one leg and place the outside of that ankle across the opposite thigh, creating a figure-four position.
3 - Use your hands to gently support the raised ankle and knee while keeping your chest upright.
4 - Pull the leg slightly upward toward your torso until you feel a stretch through the glute and outer hip.
5 - Hold briefly, then release the leg and step forward under control.
6 - Repeat on the opposite side, alternating legs as you walk forward for the desired distance, time, or repetitions.
