Dumbbell Chest-Supported Row Supinated Grip
- 1 - Set an adjustable bench to a low incline and lie chest-down with your feet planted firmly on the floor.
- 2 - Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a supinated grip, palms facing forward, and let your arms hang straight beneath your shoulders.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest supported on the bench, and maintain a neutral neck position.
- 4 - Pull the dumbbells toward your lower ribs by driving your elbows back and keeping them close to your body.
- 5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together briefly at the top without shrugging your shoulders.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells under control until your arms are fully extended, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
