Cable Row with V-Bar
1 - Attach a V-bar handle to the low pulley of a cable machine and sit on the bench with your feet flat against the footrests.
2 - Lean forward slightly and grasp the V-bar with a neutral grip (palms facing each other), arms fully extended.
3 - Sit up tall, keeping your chest up, back straight, and core braced throughout the movement.
4 - Pull the V-bar toward your lower abdomen by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
5 - Hold the contraction for a brief moment, ensuring your torso remains upright and stationary.
6 - Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position in a controlled manner, feeling a full stretch in your lats.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
