Cable Romanian Deadlift
1 - Attach a straight bar or rope handle to the lowest setting of a cable machine.
2 - Stand facing the cable stack, hold the attachment with both hands, and step back until there is tension on the cable.
3 - Position your feet about hip-width apart with a slight bend in your knees, chest up, shoulders back, and spine neutral.
4 - Hinge at your hips by pushing them backward while keeping the attachment close to your thighs and your back flat.
5 - Lower until you feel a controlled stretch in your hamstrings, without rounding your lower back.
6 - Drive your hips forward and squeeze your glutes to return to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining cable tension throughout the movement.
